These Terms of Service govern access to the f5sales.com website and the purchase of products in the F5 Sales ecosystem. By browsing the site or purchasing our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Definitions
"F5 Sales" refers to F5 Sales Tecnologia LTDA, CNPJ 00.000.000/0001-00, headquartered at Goiânia, GO — Brasil. "Platforms" are the products of the F5 Sales ecosystem, including the F5 Sales System and BDR LinkedIn Flow. "User" is any person who accesses the site or uses the Platforms.
2. Purpose
F5 Sales offers software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for sales management, marketing and sales automation, and prospecting. The specific features, plans and pricing of each product are described on their respective purchase pages.
3. Registration and account
To use the Platforms, the User must provide truthful information and keep it up to date, being responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity carried out in their account.
4. Plans, payment and cancellation
Prices, billing cycles (monthly or quarterly), minimum contract periods and cancellation conditions are presented at the time of purchase of each product. Non-payment may result in suspension of access until regularization.
5. Acceptable use
The User agrees to use the Platforms in compliance with applicable law and with the terms of integrated third-party platforms (including LinkedIn, Google and communication providers), refraining from practices such as spam, improper data collection or any fraudulent use. F5 Sales may suspend accounts that violate this clause.
6. Automation tools and third-party platforms
Products that automate actions on third-party platforms (such as BDR LinkedIn Flow on LinkedIn) implement protection mechanisms, but F5 Sales does not control those platforms' policies and does not guarantee total immunity from restrictions they may apply. Use of these tools is the User's responsibility, who declares awareness of the terms of the platforms involved.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the site and Platforms — trademarks, logos, layout, texts, code and features — belongs to F5 Sales or its licensors. Reproduction, reverse engineering or unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Limitation of liability
The Platforms are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, F5 Sales is not liable for lost profits, data loss caused by third parties, unavailability resulting from force majeure, or specific business results, which depend on factors beyond our control.
9. Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, an integral part of these terms.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Relevant changes will be communicated through official channels. Continued use after an update implies agreement.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Goiânia, GO, Brazil are elected to settle any disputes, waiving any other.
